Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery
The total time from order to shipment of items can take up to 3-7 days. Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be hand-poured. This process will take at least 1-2 days to allow for creation and drying time. Orders will then be promptly shipped via USPS
